Code Creative Services, founded in 2012 by Erin Schwind, is a Minneapolis-based full-service photography production company. “Code” is a rule for converting a piece of information into another form or representation. Code Creative Services handles all aspects of photography production. As your Production Company, we provide timely responses, experienced insight, a high level of detail and organization in order to help you with your workload and make your ideas come to life. Erin has 20+ years in the advertising industry. She has held a variety of positions in project/account management, print buying and art buying both within internal ad departments such as Target and SuperValu. As well as experience at a number of advertising agencies such as KNOCK, Fallon and Carmichael Lynch. She prospers at handling multiple projects and different personalities. She thrives in a deadline-driven environment. She enjoys working on projects that required skills such as organization, independent thinking, detail and task-oriented, in which she can apply her problem-solving ability. Production is the perfect role to be able to apply all her skills.
Ali-Marie joined the Code Creative Services team in fall of 2015. Previously she worked at Minneapolis agency Olson as an Art Producer. There she was able to work with various clients including Target, General Mills, Pepsi and various local businesses. Much of her experience ran across multi-platform projects giving her knowledge and expertise in Photography, Art, Animation, Social, Video and Digital. She thrives at the opportunity for a challenge and enjoys working with a multitude of people and personalities. Production is the perfect use of her organization, problem solving skills and creative thinking.
Nicole received her BFA in Photography from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. She has years of professional experience as an Art Buyer, Producer and Studio Manager, working on clients such as Target, Caribou Coffee, Home Depot, Aveda and Progressive to name a few. When Nicole is not busy working with Code she runs her own company Beck & Call MPLS. She helps to aid and advocate for artists and small businesses by helping them with the day-to-day operations of their business, so they can spend more time creating, making and doing.
Melissa is the ultimate Integrated Producer. She specializes in Experiential, Print, and Content creation with a strong and long history of “figuring it out” and delivering the best. She is truly a Swiss army knife, adapting and growing as new challenges have been presented to her. Her first production love was in print, which brought her into the world of making physical things, which lead to making physical experiences, which lead to producing content to promote the experiences, which then lead to more traditional still and motion production. Whether it’s figuring out the never-been-done-before or producing more traditional work, Melissa excels at Projects where she can utilize her skills and connections to produce work that you, your client and she will be proud of.
Code Creative Services also has additional partners we work with when projects require additional Producers. These partners have years of experience in the still and motion Production world.
